Single Will
A Will for one individual.  To include a meeting, discussion of your personal circumstances, the drafting of and signing of your Will. From £275+VAT
Property & Financial Affairs Lasting Powers of Attorney
A document that enables the attorneys that you have appointed to manage your property and affairs, in the event that you are unable to do so. From £250+VAT
Health & Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney
A document that enables the attorneys that you have appointed to make decisions in respect of your health and welfare, in the event that you do not have the capacity to do. From £250+VAT
Grant of Probate - Non taxable estate
An application for a Grant of Probate in an estate that is not subject to inheritance tax. From £995+ VAT
Grant of Probate - Taxable estate
An application for a Grant of Probate in an estate that is subject to inheritance tax. From £1,500 + VAT depending on the amount of assets.
Probate - non taxable, full administration
The full administration of an estate to include obtaining the Grant of Probate and distributing of the estate according to the Will. Accounting to HMRC for any inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax. From £2,500 + VAT
Probate - taxable, full administration
The full administration of an estate to include obtaining the Grant of Probate and distributing the estate according to the Will. Accounting to HMRC in respect of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax if applicable. From £3,500 + VAT.
